There's not much more that impresses us than a woman who is always ready to pave the path for another.
One such woman is Joudalle Govender, the co-founder and CEO of Argento Trading 117cc.
As the CEO of Argento Trading 117cc, she manages around seventy employees in the rural area of Isithebe, located on the north coast of Durban.
Argento Trading 117cc forms part of the textile industry and focuses on investing in skills development.

Their skills development learnership programme is seeing its first set of learners graduate.
Joudalle concentrates her efforts on leading with her passion for empowerment and it is a real testament to her journey in the world of business.
She was recently nominated for the KZN Top Business Women Awards. Her ability to break barriers is a key leadership quality and is one of the key components in her determination to pave the way for future female entrepreneurs.
