Most recently the trend that many make-up fanatics have hopped on is using lube as a make-up primer.

TikTokers can be seen applying some lube to their faces before executing really lovely face beats, and naturally, this has started an instant trend that has seen a number of people give lube a try." As much as the video shows off a flawless look, Durex USA came through to the post, advising people not to engage in this trend. In addition, a dermatologist has said that he wouldn't recommend the use of lubricant as a primer either.
There are plenty of good primer options designed specifically with your face in mind,” he says. “Durex Play 2-in-1 has Castor Oil in it. Castor oil can clog pores and lead to breakouts. While not everyone is breakout-prone and may tolerate this just fine, I still wouldn’t recommend it.
