A virgin at the tender age of 123!
Now that she is finally open to having a boyfriend, her age has caught up with her...

There's this line of thinking that when someone reaches a certain age, they pretty much know everything, as they've lived for such a long time.
But a Rwandan woman who is 123 years old has proved this theory wrong.
Theresie Nyirakajumba was born in 1900 on the 1st of January, and she lived in a home where talking to boys wasn't really acceptable or encouraged.
And so now her story of being the 123-year-old virgin has gone viral.
"She said her strong fear for men, rooted in her childhood teachings is what has kept her from engaging with men. When she was finally ready to find love, she said her old age made it hard for her to attract men." (YouTube)
It's like she missed her chance, but she is not without hope that she will find a boyfriend (or should we say man friend?).

We have to say we do admire her good spirits considering the circumstances.
Theresie still lives alone and she does not work. Sadly, the loneliness leaves her without food at times, and her home, which she described as extremely old, needs attention.
She has certainly brought some hope for other singletons in the world. If she can still hold on for love at her tender age, then what's stoping everyone else?
