If we really take 'time' to reflect about our lives, which is only fitting since we are drawing close to the end of another year. We will find that we take many things in our lives for granted. One of the main things is 'time'.

So as we observe the Summer Solstice today, which is the longest day of the year, we wanted to touch base on the things that are important to us but we always never prioritise.

Many people will say that the only certainty in life is death, which to us sounds quite morbid, and somewhat untrue. There are many certainties in life, why chose to live out of fear waiting for the unknown to hit you when you can live to enjoy, to love, to learn...

These are all things that are certainties in life, if only we choose to be the builders of our lives and approach our days with a different attitude. The thing about life is that if we chose to sit and feel sorry for ourselves, then that's what our life becomes. But if we decide to take reigns on our lives then you will find that there are a whole list of possibilities and certainties to experience.

Today is officially the start of Summer. So as we experience the longest day of the year in the Southern Hemisphere, the countries in the Northern Hemisphere are experiencing the shortest day of the year.

So mark your alarms for 17:59 because at this time the sun reaches it's most southernmost point in the sky. It may sound like something mediocre to you, but it is something that is super special.

This signifies something that will connect us all in celebrating the start of Summer. A time of sunshine, a time for family. It is also significant because it is a universal act where the earth's poles (South and North Pole) is experiencing it's maximum tilt towards the sun.

Today we have the longest day of light, that in itself is significant, it shows that light is prevailing over dark and isn't that what we all aspire to. So today we are asking you, if you had more time in your day, what would you do?
