Robert Pattinson’s new girlfriend
British singer FKA twigs, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, and Twilight star Robert Pattinson went public with their relationship last week.
Since then Twigs has been at the receiving end of racist abuse because of the colour of her skin.
Hate filled messages began flooding her social media platforms after the couple stepped out in public together.
Twigs has spoken out about the racist abuse on Twitter.
This is what she had to say:
I am genuinely shocked and disgusted at the amount of racism that has been infecting my account the past week.

The singer also posted an Instagram photo of herself, celebrating her heritage.
