Leaked: Domingo and Haroon’s SMS exchange
Cricket South Africa CEO Haroon Lorgat reportedly told Proteas coach Russell Domingo via SMS to pick an extra player of colour for the Proteas' Cricket World Cup semi-final against New Zealand last week.
The SMS was said to have been sent at 01:00 New Zealand time, just hours before the crucial game.
Lorgat said reports around the issue were, "nonsense," while Minister of Sport, Fikile Mbalula's also denied influencing team selection in any way.
The SMS that has shaken the country has now allegedly been leaked!
