37 demands Jeremy Clarkson and co made for Top Gear live

A three-page catalogue, obtained by the Daily Mail, shows how recently fired presenter, Jeremy Clarkson and his two co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May have a pretty extensive list of requests while doing Top Gear Live.
The long list includes items like 20 bottles of wine, steak knives, nice bins, orange bean bags and a games console with two controllers (who is the one that refuses to play?)
It was also rumoured that the three motor heads demanded to be near a McDonald’s.
