PSL to resume 18 July in Gauteng

The 2019/2020 ABSA Premiership season will resume on July 18 across multiple stadiums in Gauteng and will be completed in the province.

The news was confirmed in a letter sent from acting PSL CEO Mato Madlala to SAFA's acting CEO Advocate Tebogo Motlanthe outlining the decision taken by the PSL's board of governors.
Gauteng will serve as a 'biologically safe environment', with teams training at 14 venues which includes schools and various stadium precincts. Matches will be played at 11 different stadiums.
Games will officially resume from Saturday, 18 July at the various stadiums outlined in Madlala's letter.
Further details will be confirmed in a press conference on Monday, 13 July.
