LISTEN | 'Ferrari have the package but just can’t win'
Updated | By Kriya Gangiah
Ferrari has
everything that it takes to win the 2022 drivers and constructors champion but
are getting it all wrong.

Halfway
through the 2022 season, Ferrari went into the French Grand Prix with a winning
formula, but the race quickly turned into disaster.
On lap 18, Charles LeClerc found himself in the barrier on turn eleven - ending his race. Carlos Sainz - after starting from the back of the pack due to a grid place penalty for replacing engine parts - had a great run, which ended due to rather strange strategy decisions.
Motorsport
analyst and Track This podcast panelist Avon Middleton says, “Ferrari have the package but just can’t win.”
Racing driver and fellow panelist Tschops Sipuka agrees: "They have an unbelievable package
but are not engaging it to its full potential and they need to focus on their
drivers that keep throwing it away as well.”
Can Ferrari recover from the mishaps this season and what will it take to claw back at the world championship? Take a listen to the full podcast below for more insight from our experts.
