Ernie Els has failed to make the cut at the RBC Heritage golf tournament in South Carolina.

This after carding successive rounds of 73.

Rory Sabbatini is doing much better.

Sabbatini is just two shots off the lead.

Tim Clark trails by three strokes.

Kevin Streelman, Steve LeBrun and Charley Hoffman are setting the pace at Hilton Head.

They are one shot ahead of Luke Donald.
