Beaumont says Mncwango is known as someone with strong principles and ethics and who puts South Africa at the core of political work.
"What he brings to the table is an enamours amount of leadership, abilities and experience but certainly looking forward to applying that in a new dynamic in a party that is much more free to build and grow in all directions.
"He has a BTech from what is now the Durban University of Technology, an MBA from UKZN and is involved in a number of short courses from various international schools in strategic planning, governance and leadership."
