Zuma to challenge ANC membership termination
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
Former President Jacob Zuma is headed to the High Court in Gauteng to challenge the ANC’s decision to terminate his membership.

Filing the legal papers on Thursday, Zuma is calling the ANC's move under President Cyril Ramaphosa unlawful.
Zuma was expelled from the ANC late last year following internal disciplinary proceedings.
He later issued the party with a letter of demand, giving them until the end of January to reverse the decision.
Zuma argues that his expulsion was flawed and invalid.
He insists his 65-year-long membership still stands.
The uMkhonto weSizwe Party is in full support of its President Zuma, saying his court bid could pave the way for him to hold dual membership.
The party says this is allowed under its constitution in exceptional and strategic circumstances.
