The department has come under fire after some recipients in Port Edward and Hibberdene complained that they haven't been paid their monthly grants.
The DA in KZN says they were told that the money wasn't available [on Monday] and to return on Tuesday.

Zulu dismissed the allegations, saying that the beneficiaries have received their grants:
"You find that some of them have changed their bank accounts. They have to alert SASSA when they change their bank accounts."
Zulu spoke during a visit to a SASSA branch in Kingsburgh, south of Durban on Thursday.
On Friday, she'll officiate the opening of a new office in Kwamashu.
