Management of the Lifestyle Centre in Ballito has confirmed that the Woolworths Food market has been closed after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

Centre management says they were notified by Woolworths South Africa of the worker's results yesterday afternoon and closed the store immediately.
Owner of Ballito Lifestyle Centre, Rencken says the store is currently being deep cleaned today and that health protocols of the Department of Health and NICD are being followed.
Testing of the store's staff is currently underway too.
Management says Woolworths is intending on bringing in a new team, once the store has been given the all-clear to be opened.
Rencken says the mall will continue to be vigilant in regards to the health and safety of all customers.
