Woolies 'looter' due in court

A Durban man - caught on camera - apparently hauling a basket of looted groceries out of Woolworths - is set to appear before the Durban Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
Mbuso Moloi's been charged with theft and public violence during the riots last year.
He handed himself over to police after a video showed a man carrying a basket out of the Glenwood store and loading it into his Mercedes.

The Asset Forfeiture Unit was granted an order to seize his luxury vehicle in September.
The State previously asked for additional reporting conditions to be added to his current bail conditions - which included him surrendering his passport and to not leave KZN without consulting with the Investigating Officer.
