Wet roads result in multiple collisions in KZN

Emergency services say they've responded to multiple collisions in and around Durban overnight into today - as the wet weather conditions persist.
A driver was killed this morning after his car overturned on the M25 KwaMashu Highway.
Netcare 911's Shawn Herbst says another crash involved a minibus taxi. "This morning multiple people have sustained multiple to serious injuries when the driver of a minibus taxi lost control on the N3 near Pietermaritzburg next to the Hammersdale offramp.
He says all the patients were treated on the scene and were stabilised and transported to hospitals.

"I appeal to all motorists to slow down, switch their headlights on and increase their following distance."
The weather service says rain is expected to continue tomorrow in parts of KZN.
It's issued a warning for possible flooding along the south coast today.
