Driver killed and pregnant woman injured in KwaMashu crash
A driver has been killed after his vehicle overturned on the M25 KwaMashu Highway at the North Coast road intersection.
According to reports from the scene, the vehicle veered off the road and landed on a barrier under the N2 bridge this morning.
A pregnant passenger had to be free from the mangled vehicle. Garreth Naidoo, who's with KZN VIP, says fire fighters used the jaws of life to free the pair.
The driver, who'd suffered critical injuries, died on the scene. " A female and a child are being treated and will be transported to the hospital."
