Waterloo taxi owner gunned down outside home

KZN police have confirmed a man, believed to be a taxi owner has been gunned down outside his house in Waterloo, north of Durban.
It's understood the 40-year-old was with his wife at the time of the attack last night.
Police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbele says he had just got out of his car and was walking towards the boot when gunmen opened fire.

"He was approached by a hail of bullets. He was shot several times and died at the scene."
Mbele says the suspects were seen jumping into a getaway vehicle. At the moment it is not known what the motive is."
