The African National Congress (ANC) in KwaZulu-Natal says it's extremely disappointed after a regional executive committee member was caught on video allegedly breaking COVID-19 regulations.
It says the clip - which surfaced on social media this past weekend - showed the Chief Whip of the uMkhanyakude District Municipality allegedly sharing alcohol at a gathering.

The ANC's Siphile Mdaka says the regional committee was made aware of the video of Maniza Chantal Ngcobo - who was apparently filmed on Saturday.
Mdaka says ANC officials need to display exemplary leadership at all times.
