A three-month-old baby is among those who will be laid to rest this weekend. The travellers - including four children - drowned when their vehicle crashed into a dam at the weekend.
Nomkhosi Gumede with the Road Accident Fund says their funerals will be held over two days.
"We will be able to support them in terms of the burial. The funeral parlours have already been appointed by the Road Accident Fund. The six people who have passed away are from the same family. The burials will take place on Saturday and Sunday," she says.
