UPDATE: One pupil involved in R61 crash dies in hospital
One of the pupils that was critically injured in the bakkie crash on the R61 near Margate on the south coast has died in hospital.
A bakkie transporting children and a car collided on the R61 near Margate - eleven people were injured in the crash.
Emergency services say the little girl believed to be about six-years-old succumbed to her injuries this morning.
