Unrest flares up again on N2 near Mtubatuba
Updated | By Natarah Nadesan
Protest action on the N2 in the vicinity of Mtubatuba on the north coast has flared up for the third day.
Demonstrators, believed to be locals from the area near Zamimpilo, torched another truck early this morning.
"There's a big truck burnt out - no people are inside and smoke is still coming out of the truck," Alpha Security's Pierre Conradie says.
Conradie has been assisting the RTI and the police to keep a close watch on the situation there.
