Umlazi cop killed in tavern
Police have launched a manhunt for the killers of an Umlazi cop.
Sergeant Siyabonga Radebe was killed while playing pool at Cibane Tavern on Tuesday night.
National police spokesperson Brenda Muridili says two men opened fire on the officer, shooting him multiple times.

"The two assailants fled the scene on foot. The member was rushed to hospital in a private vehicle where he was certified death on arrival. The 34-year-old member was attached to Umlazi K9 unit.”
