Students at the University of KwaZulu-Natal have vowed to
continue their protests until their demands are met.
Demonstrations first took place on campuses in Westville and Maritzburg last week, with students calling for in-person registrations.
They claim the online process doesn't favour students from rural areas.

The institution went the digital route for registrations again due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
It has given an assurance that assistance would be available for everyone.
But EFF Student Command spokesperson Wandile Majozi says some students could end up choosing the wrong modules
“It's unfair that we are told to strictly do registration online. Our position is we should be allowed to come on campus because this online registration is not working.”
