2-year-old twin boys drown at Durban home

KZN police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a double drowning in Kloof, west of Durban, that claimed the lives of toddlers.

Reports from the scene are that the two-year-old twin brothers fell into a pool at a home on Saturday.

Rescue Care's Rowan Scandroglio says paramedics assessed the two and attempted to resuscitate them.
"However, their attempts were unsuccessful and both boys were declared dead. At this stage the events leading up to this are unknown and the SAPS are investigating," he adds.
