Two suspects shot, injured in Durban hijacking attempt
Two suspects are under police guard in a Durban hospital after a motorist shot them - during an attempted hijacking.
Police say three men tried to hijack the motorist on the Berea on Friday night.
The driver pulled out a gun and shot two of them.
"Two were arrested and one managed to run away. The police are investigating a case of attempted carjacking. They are still looking for the third suspect," the police's Thembeka Mbele said.
