Taxify driver killed in Queen Nandi Drive hijacking

A man, believed to be a Taxify driver has been shot and killed during a hijacking on Queen Nandi Drive near the Total Petroport.
Rescue Care's Garrith Jamieson says the 22-year-old had been shot twice in the upper body.
"Unfortunately, there was nothing more paramedics could do for him and he was declared deceased on the scene."
Jamieson says police were on scene and will be investigating further.
"Unknown exactly what occurred - however, a vehicle was taken from the victim," Jamieson said.
