Two killed after head-on collision in Westville

Two women have been killed, and two others left injured in an accident in Westville.

Rescue Care spokesperson, Garrith Jamieson says the head-on-collision happened near the corner of Harry Gwala Road and Booth Road.
"On inspection, paramedics found that two females in the one vehicle who were passengers had sustained major injuries and unfortunately there was nothing paramedics could do for them, and they were declared deceased on the scene. "

"Both drivers had sustained moderate injuries and were treated on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that they needed. "
"Traffic is severely affected in the area and SAPS are in attendance and will be investigating," he says.
