Two arrested for Morningside house robbery

Two men aged 20 and 24 are expected to appear in the Durban Magistrates Court on Tuesday charges of house robbery.
One of the suspects was found inside an elderly couple's apartment on Goble Road, Morningside on Monday.
It's alleged that three men accosted the victims with a knife whilst demanding cash and other belongings.
KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson, Nqobile Gwala says the third suspect is still on the run.

"They stole cash, jewellery, vehicle keys as well as house keys from their victims. Two of the men jumped over the fence after exiting through the back window.
"Police officers gave chase, and one suspect was arrested. The two suspects were detained for house robbery at the Berea police station. All the stolen property was recovered."
