Two of the three people accused of being involved in the murder of a Durban metro cop have abandoned their bail application.
Officer Errol Ogle was shot two months ago on Hans Dettman Highway.
He had ordered a vehicle that was travelling against traffic to stop, unaware a truck hijacking was taking place.
Sabelo Mncube, Mzomuhle Gamede and Phakamani Mpanza were arrested within 72 hours.

They appeared for a second time on Friday in the Pinetown Magistrate's Court.
The case has been postponed to later this month when Mncube is expected to apply for bail.
Ogle's wife Faith was at court on Friday.
"I am such at peace about this. My family believes that the Hawks were doing an excellent job and justice for Errol will be served."
