KwaZulu-Natal police say operations have been intensified along major routes in the province following several attacks on trucks this weekend.
A further two trucks were torched in Montclair, south of Durban this morning.
Police spokesperson, Jay Naicker says 20 people have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the violence.
"Yesterday, a total of eleven trucks had blocked the road to the Port of Richards Bay. In that area, we managed to respond immediately and locate the drivers. Eleven people are arrested and detained at Richards Bay Saps for public violence and the obstruction of traffic," said Naicker.
