Local activist Tracey Williams says authorities need to act as gun violence in the Durban South community is spiralling out of control.
"I feel three mothers' tears. It broke me because tomorrow it could be my child. A message needs to go out to all these people who are doing this to our children. Please stop.
"They are tormenting us, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and families. We don't know what more to do, but we do know that we need tighter policing services in our community."
