Three killed in head-on collision in northern KZN

Three people have been killed in a horrific
crash in Amatikulu, in northern KZN.

An SUV and a car collided near bridge 10 on the N2 southbound this morning.
IPSS Medical Rescue spokesperson, Samantha Meyrick says a local driving school instructor and two students, travelling in the car, were killed.
"On arrival, medics found a horrific scene between a light motor vehicle from a local driving school and an SUV.

The three occupants of the SUV were lucky to escape with minor injuries. However, the three occupants of the other car all sustained traumatic injuries.
The cause of the collision is not yet known.
