Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
IPID boss Robert McBride maintains that the State does not have a case against him and his two co-accused.
McBride says they're considering a civil case against the State over malicious prosecution.
The three appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court today on charges of fraud and defeating the ends of justice.

The matter's been postponed until June 15.
