'There's no evidence in this case': McBride

IPID boss Robert McBride maintains that the State does not have a case against him and his two co-accused.
McBride says they're considering a civil case against the State over malicious prosecution.
The three appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court today on charges of fraud and defeating the ends of justice.

"There is no evidence and we are not worried at all about this case. This case is intended just for us to have a criminal case hanging over us in the run up to the Constitutional Court litigation," he said.
The matter's been postponed until June 15.
