Task team sent to Folweni school after teacher shot dead

The KwaZulu-Natal Education Department has sent a team to the Masuku Primary School in Folweni, south of Durban, after a teacher was shot dead there this morning.
A gunman is alleged to have entered the school premises and shot the 48-year-old teacher shot twice in the corridors.
Paramedics declared the man dead at the scene. Education spokesperson, Muzi Mahlambi says they're devastated to hear of the attack.
Mahlambi says a motive has not yet been established.
"The police district and circuit officials, social development and psychological services are at the school in order to deal with the chaos. Police are working on the matter," Mahlambi said.
