Swift arrests of armed robbery suspects in Pietermaritzburg

Two suspects who were wanted in connection with a business robbery in Pietermaritzburg are due to line up in court this morning.
Crime intelligence cops arrested them yesterday.
KZN police say four armed men robbed a spaza shop in Sweetwaters on Monday.

It is understood that they entered the store and forced customers to lie on the ground.
The men escaped with cash and groceries.
Two suspects were nabbed in an area near the shop.
Detectives found the remaining suspects in Imbali township yesterday, and also recovered an unlicensed firearm.
