"A 37-year-old man was arrested on the 6th of November. He appeared in the Verulam Magistrate's Court on the 11th of November. The suspect is out on bail and the matter has been remanded to the 12th of December 2019."
"This matter emanates from a case that was opened when a 17-year-old complained that the suspect had exploited her sexually. That case was then reported to the Phoenix FCS Unit and arrest was effective," he said.
Sources close to the case say the man used his girlfriend's daughter to lure girls to his home.
