Suspect arrested after shooting 2 women in head in Botha's Hill

A suspect has been arrested by the Independent Police Investigative Directorate after two women were shot and killed in Botha's Hill, west of Durban.

Netcare 911's Shawn Herbst says the victims were found lying on the floor of a home in Mandela Park just after midnight.
"When medics arrived on scene, they found two adult females laying on the floor. Both had sustained gunshot wounds to their heads."

"The patients were assessed, however, showed no signs of life and were declared deceased on the scene.
"Circumstances leading up to the incident will be investigated by the Hillcrest SAPS, who were on scene."
Police are investigating a case of murder.
