Suspect appears in court for allegedly killing Kavitha Nerputh
A man arrested in connection with the murder of Pietermaritzburg businesswoman Kavitha Nerputh is appearing in court.
The 41-year-old mother was found strangled in her car in Scottsville last month.

Police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbele says the suspect was taken into custody on Friday.
“After a thorough investigation by the police, a suspect was arrested around Pietermaritzburg and he is appearing today in court,” she says.
