Updated | By ECR Newswatch
A 27-year-old man accused of stabbing a Durban woman to death faces charges of murder in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court today.
20-year-old Robyn Pearce was found dead in her Sea Point flat more than two weeks ago. She was a second year Humanities student at Stellenbosch University.
Western Cape Police arrested the man last week in Ottery.

The family's lawyer, William Booth says the suspect was not known to Robyn.
"The information that I have is that he was a labourer working on the block of flats where Robyn was staying. In fact, it's her mother's apartment and they were doing renovations to, I believe, a floor just above Robyn's flat," he said.
