President Cyril Ramaphosa has been accused of being all talk and no action.
The broadside came from DA leader John Steenhuisen on Tuesday during an event to outline the party's so-called Blueprint to Rescue South Africa after the 2024 elections.
The plan was unveiled in Johannesburg.

Steenhuisen said Ramaphosa seems to be under the impression that by simply saying something, it will happen.
"Saying that there should be bullet trains doesn't make it magically so, saying load shedding must end doesn't make it magically so. Only the hard work and the efforts of real legislative reform can make change possible."
Steenhuisen detailed what the first 100 days would look like should the DA win the upcoming general elections.
