It's been almost a week since an Umlazi family last saw their 9-year-old little girl.
Amahle Mvoyo is believed to have drowned last Friday - while playing near a river in the township, south of Durban.
Police spokesperson, Thulani Zwane says the Search and Rescue Unit has been working around the clock to try and find the child - but with no luck.
He says the search effort will continue until she is located.
