A police search began after Singh's car was found abandoned near Howick Falls.
ECR Newswatch spoke to his family who say they are not ready to comment at this stage.
KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala says the search for Singh is still on.
"The body has not yet been recovered. At this stage, I can not divulge any information like what was found inside the car as it all forms part of our investigation. That is why the search is still ongoing at the Howick Falls where the victim was spotted on the day he went missing," says Gwala.
