SA's COVID-19 recovery rate up to 69%

South Africa’s recovery rate from the novel coronavirus has gone up to 69%.
Health Minister, Zweli Mkhize says of the more than 516 000 cases that have been confirmed in the country, 358 000 people have recovered.
We’ve seen the number of new infections go up by 5 377, in the last 24-hour cycle.

Another 173 deaths have been recorded taking the toll to over 8 500.
KwaZulu-Natal’s confirmed more than 84 000 cases, 887 deaths and 44 000 recoveries.
