Updated | By Lauren Beukes
Police say they are investigating the source and destination of the large cocaine consignment seized at Durban Harbour.

Officials from SARS and the SAPS carried out a raid on a container ship from South America early Friday morning.
They found 378 bricks of pure cocaine weighing 300 kilogrammes.
SARS says the drugs are valued at an estimated R1.3 billion.

Police say no arrests have been made.
National SAPS spokesperson Athlenda Mathe says authorities had received information that the shipment was on its way to the harbour.
"The team immediately operationalised the information and conducted surveillance where they identified the vessel. Together with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) customs officials and K9 dogs, the teams identified the container this morning.
"This should send a stern warning to all drug traffickers utilising our harbours that South Africa continues to intensify its efforts to dismantle and disrupt the global drug trafficking trade."
