Updated | By Celumusa Zulu

She says it's especially a problem for her husband, who requires frequent bathroom breaks due to the medication he takes.
“Nobody can give us answers. We don’t know. The water came on yesterday and then went off. We have been trying to tell them to send us a tanker and nothing has been done. Whatever water the people have stored is finished. We’ve got no water.”
"People around here are old and they need water. There are children sending them water in bottles but what about their washing, what about them bathing? They often have to go to the toilet because they take medication. It’s very bad.”
