Ramaphosa to pay tribute to cops who died in line of duty
Updated | By Noxolo Miya
President Cyril Ramaphosa will on Sunday join families to
remember and pay tribute to the men and women in blue who've died in the line
of duty.
A commemoration ceremony will be held at the Union Buildings to honour over 30 officers and reservists who lost their lives between April last year and March this year.
Their names will be added to the National Memorial Wall and their loved ones will lay wreaths.
The ceremony comes as the police service is mourning the loss of yet another officer.
Constable Andile Magwaza was killed on Monday in Umlazi, south of Durban.
