Ramaphosa: HIV/AIDS services suffered since COVID-19 outbreak

This year, people living with HIV, have had to learn to manage their personal healthcare and safety in the wake of a new global pandemic - coronavirus.
In a letter to the nation, President Cyril Ramaphosa's said that many HIV, AIDS and tuberculosis services have suffered, since the outbreak in March and subsequent lockdown.

This, he says, posed a challenge for testing and those who'd wanted to start ARV treatment.
The President adds that many people found it difficult to collect their medicines.
Today marks the 32nd anniversary of the global HIV campaign.
