'Ramaphosa has to go' - Niehaus leads march in Durban
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
ANC members who marched in Durban say they want President Cyril Ramaphosa to step down until investigators complete their probe into the Phala Phala farm saga.
Fired ANC member Carl Niehaus on Monday led a group of marchers from King Dinuzulu Park who delivered their memorandum of demands to Durban police.
"Ramaphosa has to go, and the South African Police Service and the National Prosecuting Authority have to carry out their duty, which is constitutional, that they have to follow up on the very serious charges that had been laid against Ramaphosa by Arthur Fraser to charge him and we then called that once he is charged, he must step down from his position."

Former spy chief Arthur Fraser accused the president of corruption, alleging he hid millions of dollars in cash inside couches and that he bribed the robbers to avoid scrutiny for keeping large sums of cash at home.
Niehaus is a firm supporter of former president Jacob Zuma.
"It is an easy thing for the police to deal with this matter, but we have the impression that they have no intension to bring any charges against President Ramaphosa.
"We are also disturbed by the fact that he seems to be constant postponements, now new deadlines, instead of holding deadlines given to Presidnt Ramahosa by the acting public protector."
