Probe urged into ‘unstable’ water supply in Reservoir Hills
Updated | By Noxolo Miya
A local councillor is calling for an investigation into the unstable water supply in communities in and around Reservoir Hills.

Ward 23 councillor Alicia Kissoon says challenges like fluctuating water pressure and burst pipes have been plaguing the area for years.
"These are ongoing problems, and the department needs to take seriously all the issues of residents and start investigating."

Kissoon says residents are demanding answers.
She says they've been struggling with outages again over the past few weeks.
"We seem to be simply chasing our tail instead of finding lasting solutions, which would be the reason why our water loss is way above the 50% mark."
Meanwhile, the DA lodged a complaint with the Human Rights Commission over the weekend over the ongoing water supply issues in eThekwini.
